2012 WORK BOND PROGRAM

The Work Bond Program gives parents the opportunity to work a volunteer shift in order to receive back the $50 work bond payment required at registration.

In order to receive the $50 back, you must sign yourself up for a Volunteer Shift using one of the links below, and then work the shift that you sign up for.

There are two links below.  The top link is just for Concession Stand shifts at the Willow Road Baseball Complex.  These shifts start with the first day of games (April 4th) and run through the end of Summer Baseball (July 31st).  The vast majority of work-bond opportunities are with the Concession Stand.

A much smaller number of opportunities are available with Picture Day in the middle of the page and Other Activities with the bottom link.  These include Complex Opening (Saturday March 19th), Picture Day, and others.  A list is provided below.

More Work Bond Volunteer Opportunities will be announced in the coming weeks.

LEAGUE COORDINATORS

League Coordinators are needed for the International thru Senior Leagues (6 coordinators).  Note -- this is a Season-Long responsibility.  League Coordinators gather scores and pitcher records from the managers and update them on the website.  The Team Managers are not very good at remembering to submit scores and pitcher records to the Coordinators so this job also entails continually reminding them to do this.  The League Coordinator also assist with the administration of the Playoffs.
